FAQ

Before you upload your drawing.

Which files can I upload?

A production-ready DXF or DWG at 1:1 scale. Images and PDFs can be attached as supporting documents.

Is there a minimum order?

No: you can order a single gasket or a batch. The set-up cost is charged once for each material and thickness combination.

How is the price calculated?

From the material and thickness you choose, the geometry and cutting length of the drawing, and the quantity.

What tolerances do you hold?

On solid rubbers knife-cut we normally hold ±0.3 mm on outer dimensions; foams have wider tolerances. If you need a specific tolerance, add it to the notes: we check it before production.
