No. You can order a single custom gasket or configure a larger production batch directly in the instant quote workspace.
The price combines the selected material and thickness, the geometry and cut length of the drawing, the quantity, and one setup cost for each material-and-thickness group.
Yes. Add a note and an optional technical attachment to each drawing before checkout. The information remains linked to that specific part.
Use the private order code sent by email. The tracking page shows confirmation, production, shipping, out-for-delivery and delivery stages.
Browse the material library to compare operating temperatures, advantages, limitations and technical features. Contact us when chemical compatibility or certification is critical.
Yes. The files you upload are used only to calculate the quote, produce your part and handle any warranty claim. They are never sold, shared or published, and we never use them to make parts for other customers. Only the staff working on your order can access them. We delete them on written request.
It depends on material and format. On solid rubber cut with an oscillating knife we normally stay within ±0.3 mm on outside dimensions; on milled engineering polymers we go below a tenth of a millimetre. Foamed rubber springs back more and needs wider tolerances. If your drawing requires a specific tolerance, state it in the order notes: we check it before starting production.
Yes. We ship across the European Union and, on request, beyond it. You pick the delivery country at checkout and shipping costs appear in the summary before payment. For destinations outside the EU, customs duties and charges may apply and are payable by the recipient.
Gaskets are cut from your drawing, so they are custom-made goods: the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code) and an order cannot be cancelled once production has started. If a part arrives faulty or does not match the approved drawing, write to us within a few days with photos and the order number: we remake it at our own cost.
The configurator checks the file as soon as you upload it: it flags open profiles, unusual scales and inconsistent dimensions before you pay. If something comes up, production stays on hold until you confirm or fix it. If in doubt you can use the drawing clean-up tool or write to us: we will look at the file with you.
Card payments are handled by Stripe: card details go straight to the payment provider and never pass through our systems. For recurring business orders we can arrange a bank transfer: contact us before ordering.
MyGasket is the brand through which Italia Belt Srl, a workshop in Feletto Umberto near Udine, Italy, sells online. Parts are not subcontracted: they are made on our own machines, listed on the About Us page.
For materials we keep in stock we can send a sheet sample, so you can judge hardness and finish. For a sample of the finished gasket the single-piece price applies: since there is no minimum order, ordering just one costs what that one piece is worth.
